Crystal Collective Australia processes all orders within 1-5 Business Days. We endeavour to get your parcel out to you as soon as possible, However due to potential external circumstances such as weather, pandemic, etc there may be significant delays. 

During busy period such as after a live sale or peak holiday times, please allow up to 7-14 Business days for parcels to be dispatched. Please contact us if you require your package to be sent urgently. Packages with express shipping will be given priority. 

Australia Wide Shipping 
Standard shipping - $15 flat rate shipping Australia wide  
Express shipping - $24 flat rate shipping Australia wide.  

Refund & Returns

Returns may only be accepted at the discretion of Crystal Collective Australia. 
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal appearance or change of mind. 
Please note, we endeavour to capture pictures of items in clear daylight, however appearance and dimensions can vary from the images shown due to lighting and other factors and the nature of the crystal may contain tiny fissures or pits. As no natural item is ever the same due to the unique patterns and crystalline composures, please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself.

To be eligible for a return, 
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
- Returns must be submitted to us within 7 Business days to be considered for a refund or exchange. If 7 days has gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To complete your return,  we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts will not be accepted. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non refundable. If you recieve a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and shop credits will be considered and approved at the discretion of Crystal Collective Australia.   
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically be applied to your original payment method. 

Open boxes are welcome and can be held for a maximum of 6 weeks. After then, shipping will need to be paid and items shipped to you. Failure to pay shipping on your box after the 6 weeks will result in your items being put back and a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order will be charged. 

Cancellations

Crystal collective Australia reserves the right to cancel any unpaid orders without notice where a customer has failed to make payment by the due date and no contact has been made by the customer to rectify the issue.
A 7 day payment term for all live sale claims is current.
Should your payment not be received after the 7 days, your order will be cancelled, and incur a 25% total value cancellation fee. This will need to be paid before you are able to purchase with us again.
If a customer cancels an order at any time, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. 
All live sale deposits are non refundable.
